Who to Contact

Contact your Operator if you have:

  • Questions about store policies or procedures

  • Concerns about a coworker or crew member

  • Scheduling issues

  • Questions about your job responsibilities

  • Concerns about your work environment

  • Requests for time off

  • General workplace concerns

Contact your Director of Operations if:

  • You have a concern involving your Operator

  • You feel a workplace issue has not been resolved at the store level

  • You need additional support regarding a store-related matter

Contact HR at hr@pg1restaurants.com for:

  • Payroll questions or concerns

  • Insurance and benefits questions

  • Employment verification requests

  • Leave of absence questions

  • Workplace concerns or complaints

  • Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation concerns

  • Any issue you are uncomfortable discussing with store leadership

Important: You may contact HR directly at any time, regardless of the issue.

Contact your area VP if:

  • You have a concern involving a Director of Operations

  • You feel an issue has not been properly addressed through other channels

  • You need assistance with a serious workplace concern

If you are having an issue with:

  • A crew member → Speak with your Operator

  • An Operator → Speak with your Director of Operations

  • A Director of Operations → Speak with your VP and/or HR

  • Anyone in the organization → You may always contact HR directly
